We will dive deeply into our hearts to cleanse, renew and replenish our own light. Supported by universal love and the magic of Liminia, we will bathe in self-compassion, self-worth, self-acceptance and release old stories, beliefs, and pain. We will rebirth in the waters of the Penobscot Bay.
Elements of this retreat include shamanic healing, drumming, sound baths, yoga, dance, full moon fire ceremony, despacho ceremony, and dedicated time for quiet reflection and nature immersion.
