Sound Healing 

Ancient traditions recognized vibration and sound as an important method for healing using music, chanting, prayer, toning, drums, bells, singing bowls, gongs, and wind instruments. It is known that sound waves move through water at least 5 times more efficiently than through air. The human body is made up of 50-65% water, making it a receptive vessel for vibration and sound input.

The human voice has a tremendous ability to be an instrument for healing. Vocal toning (singing one tone per breath) helps restore the vibrational pattern of the body, both physical and energetic, back to its perfect electro-magnetic field. As a singer, I use my voice to enhance the healing work. I tone throughout the session, intuiting what tones are needed in various areas of the body. Toning, also referred to as transfiguring, “ramps up" the work, clearing blocks more quickly, re-setting cells and energetic pathways, and re-establishing balance and harmony in the body and mind. Frequently during a session, other ancient sounds and songs come through me from the guides as well. The vocalizing in addition to the shamanic drumming and other sounds creates a rich vibrational environment for releasing, clearing, and re-aligning.   

Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry is the underlying geometry in nature (think flowers, fern heads, honeycomb, pinecones, shell spirals, and ocean waves). Spirit science describes Sacred Geometry as the “geometry of consciousness”. Beautiful 6th Dimensional Sacred Geometry energies are available to all of us for healing, clearing physical environments, and aligning us with a higher vibration. The Flower of Life, the Merkaba Star, and the Tetrahedron (pyramid) are all examples of sacred geometry. These energies have intelligence and a willingness to help. Sacred geometries can be invoked to clear and re-align building spaces, our energy systems and other living environments.  They are truly remarkable benevolent energies and only need to be asked to help.
